Accepted Insurance Plans
We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers

If you don’t see your insurance listed, please contact us — we’re happy to verify your benefits and discuss coverage options.
Out-of-Network & Self-Pay
If we’re not in-network with your insurance, you can still receive care with us. We provide detailed superbills after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Our self-pay rates are competitive and transparent:
- Initial Evaluation: $150
- Follow-up Medication Management: $75
- Psychotherapy (55 minutes): $125
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
Telehealth and Insurance
All visits at Yellowood Psychiatry are conducted via secure telehealth for your convenience. Most insurance plans cover virtual psychiatric appointments the same way as in-person visits, but coverage may vary. We recommend confirming telehealth benefits directly with your insurer before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for each patient. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may incur a late-cancellation fee.
